Flight was boarded by we took off an hour late.
The entertainment system had very poor audio. I found it unusable. We had a broken in seat table. Foot rest didn’t lower.
Large food portions for a large trip
Just one bad / lazy crew member ruined the experience… she struck my knee with the cart while I was sleeping and kept rolling about without any acknowledgment or apology. I get that you may be tired of your job, but I doubt that kind of blasé behavior would fly in any service industry.
Missed a connection and had to to reschedule flight., because flight attendant didn't show up
In Business/First Class we boarded later than announcement but still used priority lane with ease. Mechanical difficulty with storage unit close to entrance/exit delayed another AA one hour. Service was attentive at last, with Kimberly
缺點： "Flight attendants need to enforce all policies. It makes no sense to enforce a seat being leaned back a 1/2 inch but allow a Face Mask be worn as a Chin Guard through the entire flight instead wearing it properly!"
缺點： "Several people got on the flight with no face mask on. The flight was completely packed, there was no distancing at all. The boarding process required me to walk past everyone as my chair was in the back and I was last group to board (unlike other airlines that have switched to back to front boarding to reduce people coming in contact with each other) As I walked down the PACKED plane mot people had masks on incorrectly (hanging off one ear, down around their chin, nose out, etc.) some people had no mask at all and the flight attendants did nothing. It seems like they were doing nothing to keep passengers safe from COVID-19 spread. Compared to Delta, American Airlines was terrifying to fly, I find not feel safe at all."

Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"

I understand that the fault didn't lie with AA, however, the rate for changing the ticket borders on the ridiculous. I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Instructions were not clear in terms of the booking number to use. The Iberia app had a lot of usability problems. The seats are too cramped. I'd have to take out a loan to be able to afford business class or 1st class. It's absolutely horrible for everyone in coach. Especially for long flights as this one. The food was subpar, but that is to be expected in my opinion. Would have been nice to offer complementary headphones. I wasn't able to utilize the entertainment because my headphones are blue tooth. Upon arrival, we had to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because there was another airplane in our spot."

缺點： "When I booked the flight, I hadn't realized that British Airlways had contracted the flight out to be operated by American Airlines. The flight was delayed in Paris and I ended up missing my connecting flight through JFK to DC. Though we were told on the plane that we would be given assistance upon landing and helped in an expedited manner through customs, instead I was briefly informed I had missed my connecting flight, handed an envelope, and told I needed to now travel to Laguardia Airport. No other information or assistance was provided. I was not given a reason why I needed to travel an hour in NYC traffic to switch airports nor was I given any help through customs. The shuttle I was told to take was unable to take me to the correct terminal, so I needed to get on a secondary shuttle. Again, after a 7 hour international flight, little assistance or aid was provided. I was barely able to make it through security in time to catch the new flight. Additionally, the actual flight from Paris to JFK lacked basic in-flight entertainment that almost any international flight would have. I will not be traveling on American Airlines again, and I am hopeful that Kayak and BA will be more clear in the future."

缺點： "it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help."

Air Canada isn't the most helpfully airlines when it comes to customer service. Maybe to a few other certain types of people, but not to anyone I saw nor I. They seem to not care at all if what they are doing is affecting anyone else. Honestly after flying nearly 6 times a month for a few years, this entire Air Canada experience has been one of the worst encounters I've ever had. Not to mention they lost my bag and basically gave me a shrug in I don't Know why I should care attitude.

優點： "I liked that they served three meals - one hot lunch, one sandwich, and one breakfast. Also that they frequently came through with water refills. Very good entertainment system, although it was off for rebooting for about the first 30 minutes in the air. French red wine blend was excellent. They seem to always have French wines."

Then before we were landing, the passenger next to me asked for her help to put her bag into the head bin because she’s not tall enough. Karen said she’s doing security check and never came back. I managed to help my neighbor passenger before landing and was very impressed to this flight attendant."

We then had to fly stand by to Chicago and stand by again to get to St. Louis."

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
United airlines ground staff at Indira Gandhi International airport New Delhi didn't let me board the flight. I am a Candian citizen returninv to canada got my covid-19 rt pcr test done less than 72 hours from my flight from newark to toronto as per the regulations of Canadian Government and also the united airlines app, also uploaded all the documentation and were approved by travel ready centre of united airlines app , my wife talk to one of the representatives over the phone in Canada he said the same that I can board the flight and there will be no problem as I had enough time to get my prc test done at Liberty international airport if required by staff at Newark airport, yet the ground staff ignored all this and didn't let me board the flight and told me to catch a direct flight of some other airline. They themselves are not aware of the rules properly. I had to go back soon as my wife and new born son is alone and nobody to take care of them but United airlines gave me this hassle for no reason and have to come back all the way from New Delhi to Chandigarh make fresh arrangements for travel and have to go to dubai and do all the tests over again. I wish I could rate the experience in negative
The flight overall wasn't bad, but there were some earphones left in the seat back in front of me that made me go "eww." I also couldn't get the attendant to bring me a pair of earphones or show me where to plug in to watch movies or TV. There was also a bottle of water rolling on the floor, but that could have been dropped by a passenger on this flight. Overall, I had a "meh" experience.

The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."
