優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

優點: "In-flight service from staff was excellent as always, food is good but not outstanding (but let's be clear this was economy class), movie selection is good."
缺點: "From Japan to other places they're always organised, but boarding in London was a little chaotic which is a common problem for ANA flights in other countries *to* Japan - they hadn't set up signs properly or made clear announcements for families with children, First Class, Business class boarding etc. The First Class/Diamond status queue (not for me!) was actually set up in front of a supporting pillar, basic organisational things like that. On balance though, still a top-class airline."

US airline flight attendants don’t even come close to this team that truly serviced the cabin for 8 hours continuously without the typical hiding in the back of the plane and chatting. Very encouraging that genuine care in the air is very much alive and well on Singapore Air! I will fly them every chance I get!"

The starter (vermicelli) was overly salty, dry and severely undercooked. The main course was acceptable but the portion of chicken was more like side dish not main. Missing sides."

優點: "The departure and arrival times were good in order to sleep the night, and wake up in Tokyo refreshed. Cabin crew were fairly friendly, but not the Cathay of a few years ago."
缺點: "NONE of the business class center seats would recline. This meant in order to recline and get some rest, the crew had to dismantle your seat and release the locks manually. This meant the seat was in that position until time to land. So I had to make a choice to sleep or eat, horrible for CX."

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

In the future - flying Eva - even though this was the first ever event of this type I have had flying China Airlines. Eva provided both meal vouchers and boxes of candy to each and every customer affected while we awaited our flights to our final destinations. CA was silent - and also very absent when we arrived in SFO and went to collect our baggage - again Eva being the party taking action and responsibility to help us get our bags, with 1 of 3 damaged by CA handlers)."

They were very attentive to the needs of each passenger due to 3 hrs delayed arrival. The food taste really good (Strawberry shortcake + chicken penne with red sauce). The plane is well cleaned."
缺點: "I have experienced 1 hr delay departure + 3 hours waiting inside the plane to land, but it was because of uncontrolled situation (force majuere). but despite of the delay, for me PAL served its finest world class service."

缺點: "Boarding process in Manila is confusing as once you go through security they run your bag through again AT THE GATE. I don't think I've experience this at any airport and I've been to many countries. Also, once "corralled" in your assigned gate, there is limited seating. Getting in and out to go to the bathroom or get something to eat is a hassle. PAL international has it's own terminal (2) but all the airport lounges are in 3 or 1, and you have no access to those terminal once your in 2. Finally, the food option at PAL terminal is awful. For a major Philippines airline, I wish they would upgrade their terminal and make it more appealing for international travelers. For these reasons, I would consider flying another airline from US to Manila, e.g. Cathay Pacific, United, etc."

缺點: "Boarding was delayed due to Korean air that was scheduled at 11:30, but our boarding was at 11:20. Then the bags took so long to get to the carousel. Other flights like the Qatar Air has bags waiting for the passengers. The SFO flight’s bags also were serviced better."

缺點: "Those of us in Biz Class had to be on the same bus out to plane on tarmac. No real priority boarding. Would be better to provide transport for BC out to plane first. Only aspect of trip I found unpleasant."

優點: "I was seated in row 38 and our flight attendant was very attentive, helpful and always smiling. I think she was the the best flight attendant that I had for a long time, she’s always ready to help to needy passengers and always has a smile on her face."

優點: "Most of the flight was excellent. The food was really good, the seats were comfortable and I got sleep easily. The cabin crew was excellent. No words to say about that. The inflight entrainment was the best. The IFE improved a lot. Overall a really good experience indeed"

缺點: "A big negative was the transit lounge in Manila. Between 2 Philippine Airline flights we had an 8 hour layover in the Manila transit lounge. Not impressed at all. There were about 4/5 staff but they sat outside the lounge & did nothing to control the passengers & keep them quiet /organised. The lounge was very crowded, very noisy & there was only water to drink & nothing to eat. For 8 hours! The very least should be to supply more seating & a facility where passengers can order coffee/tea & snacks. Also there was only 1 ladies toilet, so always occupied. The lounge Definately needs an urgent upgrade in facilities then I would consider flying Phillipine Aiines again."

缺點: "First of all, both on my departure and return flight, despite having boarded 30 minutes ahead of schedule, we remained on the floor for an additional hour (both for taking and after landing). Next, the flight attendants did a poor job of ensuring that everyone did not get up when we landed and the seatbelt sign was on, and this led to herds of people running through the aisles and rushing to get off past those that were patiently waiting. The leg room is very limited, unless it is an empty flight. The red wine was perhaps the worst I have ever had. AND the wifi that was available for purchase was 40 USD for only 150 mb of data which is absolutely ridiculous."

缺點: "More often than not, Philippine Airlines has been our airline of choice because we found their rates to be fair and flights direct and easy. Despite the fact that the PAL terminal was pretty poor, and the food on board was never really decent, we remained loyal to PAL for quite a few years. On our way back to Melbourne from Manila on June 17, Saturday, Colin, Hendrix and I were awaiting boarding at gate 10 for flight PR 209. Having flown with PAL from Melbourne to Manila (as well as with another airline from Manila to Manchester and back), we understood that the usual procedure was to allow passengers with infants to board first. Due to the lack of order (there were no clear queues in sight), Colin decided to ask 3 different PAL personnel if there was, indeed, a priority queue for people travelling with infants. ALL THREE PERSONNEL ASSURED US THAT THEY WERE NOT YET BOARDING AND THAT WE WOULD BE CALLED UPON PRIOR TO THEM LETTING ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANE. 2 minutes later, a PAL personnel appears with signage that reads certain row numbers and begins to call out to ALL PASSENGERS FOR BOARDING. Colin swiftly rushes to the front (me and baby in tow) and demands an explanation as to why we were told one thing but are watching them act upon something completely different. I wish I was joking when I tell you that the personnel just stared blankly at us and then carried on checking boarding passes. No apologies, no explanation offered. As soon as we boarded, Colin turned to the first flight steward he saw and asked for a complaint form and told this could ONLY be done online, to which Colin requested we be given the email/web address upon take off. The seats assigned to us were on the right most side of the aircraft, a window and a middle seat. As Colin was placing our bags in the overhead compartment, the steward called to Colin from across the aisle (past the 3 seats in the middle of the plane) to introduce the purser, Jolly Bello. Please note this was happening while people were also trying to get past and get to their seats -and Mr. bello called out across the aisle, "I heard you have a complaint??" to which Colin, baffled, replied "yes do you want to come over here so we aren’t shouting over these people?". Colin yet again told this purser what the complaint was about and was asked (verbatim) "so would you like to make a complaint against THEM?" Would the correct protocol not be to 1. Apologise for any confusion, miscommunication or poor service, 2. Take some responsibility and acknowledge the complaint and 3. Maybe come approach us AFTER TAKE OFF and not while everyone is trying to board the plane? We are no longer choosing Philippine Airlines."

優點: "For a short trip of almost two hours going to and from Taipei, I did not expect to receive such accomodating treatment from PAL. Crews are efficient and helpful."

缺點: "Pr896 use small flight with 3+3 a row seat. No video or other media service. We onboard after 2 hours later of the original time because the flight is delayed."
