優點： On time Smooth landing and take off Airport was beautiful, nice clean toilets Lovely and polite staff on board Food was okay Nice range of in-flight entertainment
缺點： Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed.
優點： Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond.
缺點： Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week.
優點： one of the crew was rude. my spouse forgot to fold-up the cup holder, the hostess heat the holder so hard while walking. I don't know but it appeared as very very rude.
缺點： Improve the process for boarding people were standing there for 45 minutes to 1 hour. People there needs training
優點： The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids.
缺點： Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk
