缺點： We were delayed by 7 hours. The ground staff did their best. They gave some snacks which I'm sure Filipinos like but were not to my tastes. Sitting on a hard floor for 7 hours with nothing to eat before a 3.5 hour flight is not my idea of a good day!

優點： CX crews are professional as they are very customer oriented

缺點： The ground services in Melbourne airport was really bad! Chaotic arrangements for boarding and especially unpleasant staffs!

優點： Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??

缺點： Well at least you could at least know what happened but instead i still got message from you that my flight was still on for 1235 really are you guys that really dumb??

缺點： 2:40 flight delay - terrible food and very limited choice on the entetainment system - a terrible airline

優點： Gave me something to talk about with my wife while we discussed what meat was in the 'snack'

缺點： 45 minutes delayed before even pushing back from the terminal that they only told us once we were all on. Then the 'snack' they served was utterly horrendous. It was some sort of super sweet bread with a mystery meat in it.

優點： In seat entertainment and a blanket larger than a dinner napkin in economy.

優點： Had never heard of them but turned out to be great.

優點： Clean plane. Professional crew.

缺點： Flight was late

缺點： It’s late for 4 hours. Although I got the lunch ticket, I still get to my destination late. The compensation voucher is only valid for 6 months. I don’t think I will take Scoot in a such short term. Meh.

優點： Nothing. We had to sit on the runway for an 1 hour 40 mins. Staff didn’t even give away water, you had to purchase it... outrageous

缺點： Seats are super cramped and recline doesn't do much.

缺點： This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again.

優點： The boarding by zones is a great way to do it and they implemented it efficiently. The crew were outstanding - pleasant, smiley and courteous and made me feel welcomed. Meals were delicious.

缺點： A bit cramped and not quite enough toilets in economy class. Always a long queue for the toilet.

優點： Basic no frills airline. Good baggage allowance

優點： EVA airways seem to have gone out of their way today as the cabin crew service was excellent. Not one issue or complaint. The flight left on tine and was almost early into Heathrow apart from air traffic delay

優點： Really happy as had a exit seat so lots of leg room

優點： The best thing is the free luggage allowance of 30kg each. They had some snacks and entertainment as well.

優點： The crew are ok. They should find jobs with other, better airlines.

缺點： Flight delayed on both legs. Delay management horrible, call centre was worse.

缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either

缺點： My keychain was ripped off from my baggage despite me hiding it. It was stolen by their baggage handler and the airline refused to admit liability and was protecting it Staff. Xiamenair is a corrupted airline which I will not take in the future!

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!
