It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

The plane was so worn out, seat padding, there was was none, as it had seen better days, the covers were no longer covering the seats as the padding had disintegrated somewhere and were just hanging onto the seats for dear life!!!, it felt dirty and unkept, it smelled like an old toilet also. The fittings, trays where you could store your stuff was dirty also I didn't even eat the food, I was paranoid. Felt totally uncomfortable on this flight , sorry Air India but you need to have some standards on short flights despite what price you put on the seats. This was part of my long haul flight from Sydney to Mumbai which has marred my experience with you."

In eight hours, that’s the first time I have experienced this on any airline. I am a frequent flyer with Qatar and ba and have flown long haul on most airlines. 缺點： "The flight was at first delayed by 3 hours because of a technical issue. At first they delayed us by an hour an a half, and added another hour and a half delay to it after the 1st slot. The delays were announced at the last moment. Then Air India sends us for dinner, and while most people are at the restaurant, they announce at the gate that the flight has been cancelled. The few of us who were waiting at the gate were told to head to the transfer desk where alternate arrangements would be made. The Air India staff gave us no information on what these alternatives were or what options we had. The transfer desk is operated by SQ. We passengers had to break the news of the cancellation to the staff at the desk . They had not received any intimation or direction from Air India yet and were unable to help us. SQ called Air India out of their own initiative to get the ball moving on how to assist us. Still we had to queue up and wait for 20 minutes before Air India called SQ and gave some authorisation. There would be only 60 seats offered on the SQ flight the next morning on a 1st come 1st serve basis! What about the rest ? What if I wanted a refund ? No answers. Take it or leave it ! There was no AI staff to assist or even speak to. Much later the people who were delayed at dinner and never made it onto the SQ flight were given the option of flying 25 hrs later by another AI flight. While technical problems happen , what disappointed me was the lack of communication. No reasons, no proper alerts. Nothing at all from AI."
