優點： "The staff of ANA took superb care of us from the moment we entered the airport (both SEA and NRT); kindness, excellent food (choose the seafood diet, the food is excellent and you get served first!) and helpful directions in English whenever we looked the slightest bit confused. I will always look to fly ANA going forward. oh, and comfortable economy seats; enough room (I am 6'2") and no numb bum."

缺點： "Asked specifically at the ticketing counter not to be seated in a non-emergency row. Were seated in an emergency row. For a 12 hour flight with seats that don't recline and nothing the on-board staff could do about the ticket counter's negligence and bad faith other than apologize. Seated upright for an overnight flight (for the second time on the same trip) for 12 hours. Not a pleasant experience. Had a feeling ANA would be bush league. This trip confirmed those suspicions. It wasn't the crew's fault (though they, unfortunately bore the brunt of my displeasure) so much as the counter's fault, but airlines charging what they are shouldn't be putting passengers or crew in this position. The ticket counter folks literally mislead us. They specifically told us that these were not emergency row seats and that we would have reclining seats and seatback displays in front of us like everyone else. The entire reason I asked is because we got stuck in the last row on the way in with seats that don't recline, which blows for a 12 hour red-eye flight. Instead we got seats that did not recline and a fold out screen that came from the right-hand arm rest. Not the end of the world if one had no choice, but certainly not what I paid for and certainly not what the ticketing counter people stated we were getting (under specific inquiry about the very point). The ticketing counter in particular seems to be skeevy, at best. To the detriment of their own crew, who is left apologizing for things they can do nothing about. As stated, this is a bush league international carrier. Avoid unless you love sleepless nights crossing the international dateline..."
優點： "The cabin crew was always found to be welcoming and co-operative attitude. Rest Rooms (Toilets) were found to be clean whenever visited."
優點： "Food was ok for economy and they bring more coffee when you ask. The flight wasn’t so full so the seat next to me was empty and also I could sit in the exit isle to work on my laptop"
缺點： "The seat pitch is such that you can’t use a laptop in a normal seat. This would have been a big issue if there wasn’t a seat in the exit row for me to borrow. Staff fine but nothing special."

缺點： "It was way to hot on the plane, I actually couldn't even sleep because I was sweating so much. They give out blankets so I would think it would skew to the cool side so people can adjust themselves. Nothing you can do when it is too hot other than suffer."
優點： "The configuration of 787-900 Busn. Class was very good. However need to age Chivas Regal to 18 years like KAL, not ordinary 12 years. Flight attendants were exceptionally efficient, professional, courteous, and outstanding ambassadors for ANA and Japan itself. In the US Marine Corps we would say "Ooo Rah". I may heed to check out your milage club and stop using various carriers for my trans Pacific flights. Thank you very much ANA."

缺點： "I boarded from the Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. I was having trouble scanning my passport at the self check in kiosk. I asked one of the nearby China Eastern staff for help and she was very unwilling to help. Eventually, she just told me, very shortly, I was in the wrong place and walked away to continue chatting with her coworkers. It was very rude and unprofessional. However, when I went to the CE help desk the staff member was very helpful and let me know I was in the wrong terminal."

缺點： "I bought a round trip ticket online with my current passport number. When I arrived in Shanghai, I was held at the Customs for extra 20 or 30 minutes because the airline provided a passport number I used more than 10 years ago. My luggage was held at Pudong airport quite a few days. Each day, they said something different to me... When it's the time for me to go back, I was held again at PEK, because of the different passport number they kept in their system. Even though I explained to them how I purchased the ticket with my current passport number and I have no idea where the problem happened. They insisted that it was my own fault. My gmail did not work properly in China. I asked them for help by providing me the ticket agent contact info in the States. They said that they did not know. I should go where I bought my ticket. I had to spend hours to contact friends in the States to find the phone number of justfly.com. Then, I made international call to justfly for about hour to have the problem fixed. I did not provide any wrong info when purchasing the ticket. The problem was made between the airline and their agent. They, as professionals, could easily have the problem solved but they blamed the customer for the mistake. I had to spend so much extra time and money to cover their mistake, at the risk of missing my flight. That's the worst experience I ever had for international flight."
缺點： "They would not accomidate a flight change after I was delayed in an accident getting to the airport. One desk said there was a seat on the earlier flight and sent me out of the gate area to the front of the airport. When I got there a few minutes later they said no there is no seat. I was upset because I had to wait 6 hours now and go back through security again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They pertended not to understand. I was persistant and then they siad oh here is a seat on the 1:00 flight. Then he goes do you want window or aisle. If there was no seats whey do I have a choice?"

缺點： "Because of flight delay out of Singapore I missed my connection in Shanghai. The process of rebooking took too long. Not enough desk agents handling rebooking for the number of people stranded. After passengers are rebooked there needs to be a procedure to accommodate those who will need a hotel . Where do we go to get on the hotel shuttle? What line and where to wait and line up? Had a hard time finding somebody who knew what to do."

缺點： "Our flight from Beijing to Shanghai was cancelled. We were notified about 8 hours before the flight was to depart, leaving us scrambling to fix the problem. We received no explanation for the cancellation of the flight. China Eastern and Flight Network did very little to help us. They wanted to rebook us on a flight 2 days later than the one that was cancelled. Originally, we were meant to arrive in Chicago Saturday morning, and the flight they planned to switch us to would not arrive until Monday night. Since we have jobs to keep, that wouldn't work for us. We tried to get a refund for the cancelled flight but couldn't seem to find anyone who would help us. We had to pay for a new flight on our own, costing us $1800."

缺點： "I had a layover in Kunming but was unable to check my bags all the way through to my destination, which was after the second flight. The plane landed 20 minutes late and then I had to go through baggage claim, check-in, get my 2nd boarding pass printed, re-check my bag, do customs, and security during my layover (1 hr 40 min) between flight. It was the most stressful flying experience I have had to date. Ended up running through the airport in Kunming, begging to jump lines in order to make the second flight, and catching the plane 5 minutes before takeoff. Luckily they allowed us to board even though it was so close to time. Very stressful experience."

There are some area still opened seat. Please don't take me wrong I love the kids but such incident- kids did not put on their seat bell while the airplane were taking off. 優點： "The Nanchang ground staff probably shouldn't have boarded us, as we sat on the plane beside the gate for 4 hours before getting the clearance to taxi and take off for Shanghai. Understandably, a number of passengers were stressed by this situation, but the flight crew really handled the stressful situation well and tried their best to communicate with everyone."
缺點： "The two B movies that were played for our 'entertainment' during the wait were awful!"
