To be highlighted that we arrived at the Hotel at 03.00 p.m. but nobody was present, no messages and calling to the telephone number of the hotel there was no answer. So we had to return later at 06.00 p.m. when the restaurant waiter open us and give us the key of room asking to keep it with us.
Staff had a positive attitude and were helpful. Good food.
Bathrooms a little too small
The rooms were clean.
There were a lot of bad things: first of all we paid 100 euro's for each room per day. our 2 rooms had only 1 common bathroom which made it very uncomfortable for us. the light was very dim, there were no pictures on the wall's, and basicly, it was just like living in a basement. And finnaly, when we came to settle our way too high payment for the conditions we had, we found out that there is nobody to talk with, since the manager didn't answered our call's and the housekeeper told us that he will be at the hotel only afternoon.Since we didn't reach him,the housekeeper coulden't help us with anything and we didnt want to waste the whole day wating for the unreachable manager we had to pay and leave. We do not recommend the hotel.
Although not seaside itself it was an easy walk to the pier area. Clean comfortable and ample parking on site. Friedrichshafen is a beautiful area.
Pillows practically squish flat and I prefer something that actually supports my head.
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
We stayed during a heat wave, and while we realize that air conditioning is not common in small European facilities, our room and other hotel areas would have greatly improved our comfort with increased ventilation such as is afforded by ceiling fans or portable fans.
The Zeppelin museum, shopping.
Quiet location but still not too far from towncenter, approx 10min walk, staff was helpfull and flexible, they changed usual breakfast time for me
Friendly staff and good parking (some under cover) in a quiet (on weekends at least) location less than 5 minutes walk from the lakeshore and under 10 minutes to the pedestrianised city centre.
Try to avoid rooms in the same section of corridor as the breakfast room, as it is open onto the corridor, so quite noisy from about 0630 onwards.
the hotel has a good position, breakfast was very good,
Uncomplicated, simple hotel in walking distance from the lake and the town centre. Friendly staff, good value for money.
Small bathroom. Windows need to be closed due to the street noise.
