Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions in Old San Juan. Lobby seems nice with fun people coming and going.
Rooms are outdated. We stayed two nights and the room service was nonexistent.
Location and friendliness of staff
Hotel Milano is located right in the heart of Old San Juan, a short walk away from the cruise port, the Fort and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. There were ample shops, restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets which made for plenty to do. Beaches are near by as well. The rooftop restaurant is amazing - especially the wonderful staff and fantastic local food.
Some of the rooms are quite small and not by any means luxurious, but they were clean and in order.
Close to shopping and restaurants and the beach
The price was great for the location. Everything in old san juan was right at our fingertips.
The room was kept very clean. You could smell the detergent in the towels and sheets everyday. Excellent housekeeping staff. The condition of the room was a bit outdated though. The rug felt grimy on our barefeet and there was rust on the fringes of the shower. This was great for a one or two night stay but I'd probably look for better quality for anything longer than that.
Poorly kept. Rooms filthy
Run down dirty
Good location. One of the better rooftop restaurants in the city.
Staff was unusually helpful and informative. Bistro inhouse was excellent and the staff were professional and very nice. Rooms were clean and quiet. Relaxing experience. Highly recommended.
The hotel is not close to Old Town, but it is in a quiet and historic neighborhood.
The location, the helpful staff, room was comfortable.
No in-room wi-fi was my major gripe; other minor things: shower was too small; room was too cold with A/C and too warm without it; most channels on the TV list didn't actually work
It was very accessible to Old San Juan and very comfortable.
The free and fast internet pc in the lobby
free parking was almost impossible to find and the only reasonably priced parking lot was more than four blocks away.
Close to Old Town.
The breakfast offered was Poor and when we booked I was not offered the cruise 10% discount if prepaid.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The street is very noisy at night. The corner bar rocks until 4:00 AM on the weekend. You are on your own for parking.
the staff was very, very helpful & friendly, the great location
The location is very good if you like to visit old San Juan. It only costs about $20( for two) taxi to get to the hotel and cost $15( for two) to get to the cruise ship port. There are only small window close to the ceilings, but the rest of room is good. Bathroom is very good with the price we paid.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean, great hotel for the price
Wonderful staff. Great location. Everyone very helpful. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.
Didn't vacuum our room eveyday. Wish the breakfast had some hot choices.
