I actually like the fact that they are renovating. Its always great to see Hotels moving forward with in house improvements. Both my fiancé and I are getting in our late 20s and we look young for our age. I passed by a few staffs on my way to my car and I was noticed and greeted. It's nice to see that the staff do not discriminate against our age group and were courteous and friendly.

There are quite a few things that bothered us during our short stay with Clarion. The biggest was the power outage that occurred during the middle of the night. We woke and no electricity was available for hours. I thought it was a great necessity to always have a power generator in case of emergencies like this. Another was the replacement towels that we received the following morning. The towels were not just stained but very dirty along the edges. I am unsure of the reasoning for this but that was very unsanitary. I hope that was a one time thing and that others staying in the hotel did not get the same batch of towels. This was our first stay with Clarion and we are quite a bit disappointed. We hope to have a better stay in case we decide to book again in the future.

Tub and shower were moldy and dirty. Exhaust fan did not work.
