Location is hard to beat
Just general average hotel.
Great location for getting around San Diego. Within walking distance to alot of sights
Parking is expensive...add about another $30 to your room each night for parking.
Overall a great stay!
I loved how green they are, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of channels on the tv, breakfast/room service, got to check in 3 hours before.
The ice machine was out of order our entire stay. The parking meter was not working our entire stay. Balconies are a bit close to each other but you learn to look past it.
The view of the bay was phenomenal!
The hotel room was very underwhelming for the price point. The bathrooms were outdated and not the cleanest. We had asked the cleaning staff to come back later on our first day and they didn’t until our 3rd day being there, which was rather disappointing. The outdoor pool is beautiful, but isn’t heated so that was another let down.
Comfortable enough with great view of the bay.
Location location and great view of the bay! Close to lots of great eating places like Little Italy and the train station and bike rentals. Across the Maritime museum and Midway Museum. Comfy beds, clean roomy accomodations with great water pressure. Claim Jumpers at lobby and Ruth Chris Steakhouse next door are pluses.
Dated but not necessarily bad. Heater wasn’t quite kicking in, tv station choices are limited and WiFi was intermittent and iffy sometimes.
Faucet had a link Bathroom had a terrible odor was very bad Bathroom door position is no nice
They gave my room away and downgraded me to a queen. My room was on the first floor facing the kitchen back door entrance. There was no mini fridge in my room.
Great Location... OK Hotel
The hotel was clean and was in a great location. We ran the San Diego Marathon and you couldn't get closer to the end of the race. The room was nice and big. It was mostly enjoyable.
The pool and facilities seem a little dated and maybe need some freshening up. The rooms in the tower we were in (Tower III) could all be interconnected. The room next to us had very young children and we could hear every last thing they said through the adjoining door. Not really the kids' fault per se, but something to be aware of if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Parking at the hotel was kind of a pain.
Wifi very bad
Great! Great! Great!
Everything, the service, the customer greeting and all other businesses that had to be done for a satisfactory!
To be honest, everything was gone great with my experience and I should say that for the best price we got more!
Nice design for the room. Contemporary, freshly renovated. Lovely views. Good location especially for cruise goers.
Pretty good stay and good value. All in all a good
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was great; right on the waterfront which was close to some great sites and also walking distance from gas lamp and other cool places.
Some parts of the hotel seemed dated or in need of repair, like the elevator. Internet was a little sketchy in the room from time to time and I had to call for support.
