location was convenient to travel
no heat in november
Proximoty to the termini 24hs front desk with helpful staff
THE MATTRESS!! I get the hotel is a budget one but the mattress is like the worst nightmare ever, all your back will hurt the day after. Proximity to the termini: The block around the hotel is nasty, dirty, full of gypsis and black gentlemans gangs. The room was not clean enough
only location, very close to termini
they wont accept guest in the room, holes in smelly blanket, u cant open the main door only the staff will do it for you....only as a last resort...
Because I didn't want more than just a place to sleep and take a shower, I can say that it has a great location.
At first look it's strange for a hotel.
i did not like the shower facilities, the walls were very thin, and our room wasnt cleaned to a "hotel" standard.
Staff were friendly and helpful and resolved problems without fuss. The air conditioning was quiet & very effective.
One part of the Hotel overlooks a side road, which, if you have your windows open, can get noisy, especially as there were road works whilst we were there.
Clean room with daily change of towels etc.
The buffet breakfast had very little choice. The bar was never open.My room was directly over a tram stop.Early start and late finish --- very little sleep.Bad signage to hotel.
Brilliant location, 100m from central station, bus tours, public transport & metro. Good value budget accomodation, friendly staff
Tram runs right outside hotel, was not a problem for us as heavy sleepers but could be a nuisance. You get what you pay for - a budget hotel in a great location with limited facilities
Friendly staff good security
Pillows are very thin. Very convenient location good eating places in area
