The location of the hotel is great. Front desk is very helpful. Our room was one the not-renovated ones therefore it was under my expectation. The hotel is worth paying a little bit more for superrior rooms.
Very well located, just in the centre of Rome, very nice staff. Very good bathroom facilities. Beds have an adjustable mechanism
WiFi in the room is extacost
Hotel staff were friendly, rooms cleaned everday, rooms small but comfortable and very clean, bathroom facilities very good. Fantastic location 2 mins from the Trevi Fountain and many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with plenty available in lovely top floor room with nice view.
Can't fault it.
The rooms are very comfortable, well furnished- even the beds are equipped with a remote- control like in the hospitals; a plasma TV; the bathrooms are spacious enough and are also new and have a hair dryier and even a bidet. House-keeping was wonderful- new towels every day, the chamber maid even changed our pillows daily! Good quality food for the buffet breakfast.Nice and helpful staff; they also have free umbrellas for the guests in case it rains!
The location is very good as it is near the Trevi fountain (just a few minutes) which makes it almost central to inner Rome attractions. Metro station was several blocks, maybe 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Bus to vatican is 5 minute walk from hotel. If you don't mind hustle and bustle of Rome, this is a nice place. Rome is very expensive so it is hard to say it was a good value but it was less than many locations. Breakfast was on roof top with great views and good food.
Noisy but understand that is simply Rome. Room was decent size and ok. We walked stairs as elevator was old and small but we prefer to use stairs unless in large hotel.
It is absolutely central, nice furniture in the rooms (minimum design), wonderful idea to have breakfast on the roof terrace. The breakfast was rich. And the staff was also very kind.
We had to split with my colleague because of works. there was no bar, just a small room with a couch for guests. Internet on the hotel computer would be available against a 5 euro fee (flat), but the staff is flexible and might let you have a glance at your emails free of charge. From a business traveller perspective it would be friendly to have free internet, also because of the high room prices
The best thing about this hotel was its great location, very central to all major site.
The only fault i would have is that no iron was available in the hotel. apparently its the hotels policy for safety reasons.
The location was great. the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Panthon are all very close. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. All of the room, including the bathroom, looked clean and new. The breakfast was available from 7-10 and provided a good selection of hot and cold food. All in all I was very pleased with the hotel and I would stay there again in the future.
The traffic noise could be a little load for a light sleeper. A pair of ear plugs fixes this problem easily.
Great location, plenty of space
Central location, walking distance for many attractions, well sited for public transport.
Quite noisey from about 5am.
