The staff were very helpful in aiding us around the city as it was our first trip to Rome. They helped schedule shuttle service for our transport needs, and even helped us ordering food when the hotel restaurant was closed
It was a very far distance from Termini, Fiumicino airport, restaurants, and almost everything else in the city. Being visitors to Rome without a vehicle, it was expensive to travel to and from.
People working at the reception desk, at dinner and at breakfast friendly and ready to help
customers making noise with their door late at night. Way to the hotel difficult to find at night, not enough big panels showing the way
Only the guy at the reception was friendly. Further I did not liked anything.
Hotel is in a extreme poor area. Difficult to access and really nothing around. Restaurant opened at 20:45 hours and nothin g to eat before (also not, larger, in the surrounding area). Swimming pool was not in use by anyone. Airconditioning in the room did not work.
The staff were excellent, as was the food, shuttle service and overall experience I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel and if i ever return to rome would most certainly stay again
The pool could be cleaned more frequently
Assistance from the staff was excellent, with regard to checking in for flights, transport to & from the metro and shuttle to Ciampino Airport. Dinner reasonably priced and well cooked
Access on foot to metro was not as good as appeared from maps, due to work on road - Via Lucrezia Romana is closed so only foot access to metro is along busy circulatory road. Hotel is actually between the two carriageways of the GRA. Bus 503 circulates past hotel to metro Anangina. Ideally need car to get around.
Near the Ciampino Airport.
I ask for a non-smoking room and I got a smoking one, but the problem was fixed .
Didn't arrive until late evening and just stayed for one night. Breakfast was good.
Would have preferred to stay in the hotel itself but were in garden apartments.
Good pool. Shuttle bus to airport.
Reception was not always that helpful - perhaps language was part of the issue. No-one at the bar to sell a cup of coffee (all day). Nowhere to get lunch at the hotel. Request for tea/coffee making facilities in the room took hours even after repeat requests.
It was not clearly signed, direction wise, had it been easier to locate it would have been OK. There again I/we found the directional road very hard to follow.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant
