Staff was friendly, ac was great, good value
Shower was tiny, wifi was terrible for having to pay extra for it, room was a bit run down or older
In city. Bid room.
Have to leave the key at front deck beforeyou go out.
Very nice people, decent breakfast, great location, accesible internet.
Was on the center of the city, near public transportation.
The building was very old. The room had a bad smell and there was a noise coming from the clear ground all night long. The bathroom was old. The rate was too expensive for what the hotel offered.
perfect location, friendly staff, clean and silent room, free Wi-Fi
overpriced for whats offered
Friendly customer service, location close to the center of Rome
Shower booth was too small, but the room is ok if you stay for one-two nights and use the room only for sleep and shower.
Location - many of the sites are walking distance and if not, Termini and Metro A stop is 10 min walk. Good hotel (for EU standards) if you just need a cheap place to sleep.
It was not the cleanest room. One staff member spoke english and was very helpful but he was only there one night during our stay. The other was not very helpful at all and at seemed quite rude. Breakfast didn't have much options and was not delicious at all.
One off internet access cost - 2 euro buys an unlimited access card that can be used for the entire duration of your stay.
- Rooms need air conditioning to combat the summer heat, not fans to re-circulate hot air. - Being constantly asked if I want breakfast the next morning, at an extra cost of 9 euro per person for a continental buffet, got a bit annoying.
I like the hotel and the service; also, the location is very convinient!
It was close to most of the attractions and the train station.
The main office was somewhat out of the way.
