Very limited luxuries, low price
If you traveling to Italy on a limited budget, this place is perfect. To frills, and the place even needs a face lift. However, the staff was very nice and the place was safe. I did read previous reviews..I travelled in February , so I obviously didn’t need the AC. Would NOT come here during summer months.
Very nice staff.
Proximity to Termini Station & the fact you could walk around the general downtown area safely even at night as there were always lots of people around,
No internet for those who do not have a laptop computer.
Very close to termini station, a convivial place both to explore the eternal city as pedestrian or using the metro. Nice rooms, just the right size.
Expensive wifi and the cleanliness of corridors is lagging behind expectations.
I got a room different than what I ordered in advance . Broken bed and breakfast very poor .
The high price of the room, does not justify the small room, services , including a broken bed, and second bed very uncomfortable .
Near to the main station.
The staff speaks very bad english, unfriendly but this is pathologic for roma, breakfast was disgusting as often, nothing surprising, they have so much tourists and they show that they do not rely on "you". Furniture is at least 30 years old. There is of course the smell of old carpets ... I can recommend this hotel since I know that the others are the same. Italy is a like a old lady either you like her or not but do not try to change her.
location - beds were also comfortable - bfast was fine
Yes. The hotel was filled with unruly student groups and the hotel management felt no accountability to other hotel guests in managing their behavior. After one visit to the front desk (at 9:30pm) reporting that the students broke the elevator and were playing in hallway and banging on hotel room doors; and subsequent phone calls to the hotel front desk at 1am and 2am; there was still no resolution. The front desk manager told us to call back at 6am when someone on staff spoke English. At 2am the hotel manager indicated the police were called, however, we didn't see evidence of this.
The room was excellent - large and comfortable
Breakfast was a poor selection and would benefit from hot options. Reception staff were mainly rude. The bar was never open!
Close to the central station
The hotel has 4 different chains united together. When I got to the hotel to check in, they said that they didn't have a room at the hotel where I booked and gave me a room at another one saying that it's a part of the hotel and so on.. The staff didn't even explain enough, was not helpful or kind. We felt that it was quite rude to say that there's no room when we have booked a room more than 3 months prior to our arrival and also confirmed by calling 1 day before we arrived.
Location. Location,Location. Breakfast. Very spacious,air conditioned,clean room Friendly,helpful staff.
This was perhaps the best of many hotels we stayed on our Europe trip. Quad room we got was two level with excellent facilities!
I think it was close to perfect...
The friendly staff and the ambiance of the hotel.
The room R103 had a window opening into the hallway just above the reception. Without a window to open for fresh air the room was not as comfortable as could have been.
