負評：The floors in our room were very sticky, even the carpet. We didn't even take our shoes off because it was so gross. My parents room had the latch on the frame of their door completely missing. The staff working breakfast didn't even speak English, so you couldn't even ask them anything or explain anything. That was extremely frustrating. To pay that kind of money and have your room be dirty, and not maintained, as well as staff that doesn't speak English? We were extremely disappointed.
好評：The location was great and staff were responsive when we had an issue with the door jamming and with billing confusion over a prepaid room. It's nice having an all-suite hotel so we don't have to think about which room we want.
負評：There were ashtrays in the non-smoking rooms, several cigarette butts in the sink when we arrived, and the whole room stank. We arrived well after bedtime with a cranky toddler and were only staying one night, so we just dealt with it, but it was gross.
好評：Very dirty and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
