Decent pool area, OK walking distance to city centre

Very responsive rooms you thought the neighboors were entering your room while entering theirs... Unfriendly staff. Noisy location, bad rooms

Price and location were both great, only a few minutes to the central part of the sorrento city. Breakfast was very good except the orange juice.

Orange juice was not good at all, same for the bed and wifi available in the commun room did not work well.

Absolutely nothing the room had mould all over it, it also smelt damp and not clean, the toilet was broken and sellotaped together breaking numerous health and safety regulations. I have taken numerous pictures as evidence the hotel manager would not speak to me, he was rude the staff lied about moving us they did even come to clean the room or resolve the issues we highlighted.

Everything as above the security of the annexe room was poor there was no fire exit or fire alarm. The only exit was blocked outside by cars all night

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean.

The air conditioning was not working well and water dripped from the ceiling when the air was running. The staff was uninterested in resolving this problem until we left. Also, while the day staff was very helpful in arranging trnasportation, etc, we found the night staff to be curt.
