好評：So there is a little kindergarteners chair as a desk chair....and lend back and fell, my head hit the window and broke the glass. It was a complete accident and really feel bad it happened. But I told them during checkout and on my way to the airport, was called by the front desk and told that it was going to cost me $1000.00, well the estimate was. I asked for a little time to call my travel agent to see if I was covered by work insurance.... after I got off the plane I was on, I got an email that the hotel had charged my business card $1000.00 already,even though I asked them to not charge my business card and to charge my personal card after I talked to my travel agent...was so surprised! First of all....I could sue them cause of the crappy chair.... but I wasn’t running from the situation, but I asked them to let me talk to my travel agent first....sorry it was a Saturday and their not in till Monday....but they still charged my business Amex. $1000.00 for a glass window.... really?? That’s a little over the top.....I stay at the SoHo Grand all the time and thought I found a new hotel to start staying at....but really!!??
