好評：The hotel has a great location – close to Broadway, restaurants, breakfast places, and the subway.
負評：As boutique hotels go, this was about average. But the experience was a little weird. The morning of my check in, the hotel send online check-in link which did not work – the message told me they could not find my reservation. I called the hotel and the staff member told me they had my reservation and there was no problem. No explanation as to why the online check-in did not work. When I checked in in person, the less-than-interested staff member gave me my key and I went up to my room. I open the door and clearly someone was occupying The room. They were not there but their stuff was everywhere. That was a first for me. I went back to the front desk, explain what happened, and he gave me another room but couldn’t really figure out how that had happened. I went to my new room which, by New York standards was a good size only to find out the TV was not working. The front desk agreed to send up an engineer who came while I went to dinner. When I returned, the tv worked for about one minute and then complete green screen again. I called and the engineer returned, fixed it again and this time it lasted about an hour. I had unplug the TV to turn it off to go to bed.
