Staff - very helpful. It was one of the places, where we felt normally: nobody tried to cheat on us, everything what we asked was done at once. Nice place to stay, nice beach, surroundings.
Very expensive trips - 4 times more expensive compared to the ko phi phi island center tourist offices prices. If you want exclusive and closed area, it does not have it, because share the area with 4 hotels in total.
The location is pretty nice, with a large beach (the same with Zeavola), it's remote and silent (not like in the Phi Phi center)
For what it offers, it's way too expensive, even for Phi Phi island. Bathroom is pretty basic. Water is bad, also in the pool. There were some bad smells in the resort.
Location of the resort, bungalow and food. Management and staff very efficient and friendly
amazing seaview, friendly staff, excellent apartments, perfect private beach-it was best holiday in my life
Not much
Very basic
The snorkelling directly off the beach was pretty good. The setting for the rooms was pleasant.
The pool did not look clean at all, so did/would not use it. Did not seem to be anything to do at night on this section of beach so spent a great deal on the long boats getting to Ton Sai.
The beach is beautiful. The bungalow I stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed, air-con, TV with cable (although reception poor), well stocked mini bar that was reasonably priced, flip flops, tea and coffee. The pool is in a lovely position on the side of the cliff. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking it, it's very mellow to hang out there.
I found that the reception area/restaurants were slightly shabby (in relation to what I paid, which may have been more than most as it was Xmas period). I did get a little bored after 3 days. If the sun isn't shining there isn't much to do. I was hoping to go for walks, but I couldn't find any paths. Service at the bar/restaurants slow. You have to call the staff over or you get ignored. No bath.
We book just for 2 days but there we added more days because the place is amazing. The hotel is not new but the facilities are comfortable and clean. The price is very good.
It is expensive to hire a boat (does matter the hotel, the prices are the some for anyone in the island)
The beach next to the hotel is very beautiful, even though the hotel is the farthest fron the center Ton Sai Bay and it is always necessary to take a longtail boat to get there and back
-Internet service was charged (4 bats every minute) which is unusual in Thailand, where Internet tends to be free of charge. This was the case in all the hotels where I stayed in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Surin beach(Pukhet) and Ko Samui. -There were problems to accept American Express payment. -The facilities were run down, that is, they were quite old and needed an update.
Very relaxing
Had to get longboat to the village, probably my fault for not researching
