地點真的很不錯 而且離購物跟餐廳都方便
太舊了 窗簾髒髒的 椅子也髒髒的 早上餐廳在幫客人煎蛋 樓上住房都聞得到濃濃油煙味 櫃台人員不錯很親切 餐廳服務人員臉都很冷淡不親切

Always a good place
Every time I'm in Queenstown and need to get away from the chaos that is hostel living, I stay at the Novotel. it's to the point where they're beginning to recognize me. It's always comfortable, clean and a place to retreat, even if only for a few days. It's well-priced for what you receive, is in the perfect location and the staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant. Also, I filled out a survey the last time I stayed and they actually responded and addressed the suggestions I had. Will stay there anytime I'm in Qtown.
You have to be a member to get WIFI. They have computers you can use in the lounge for free and each person can get 30 minutes of free WIFI a day in the lounge but it would be nice to be able to get in anywhere in the hotel/in your room.
