Didnt have breakfast. Had an early flight.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, flights cancelled so appreciated close bed for short stay.
Needs some updating for the price!!! A/C was rattling. Don't appreciate ants in our salad:( ; so left the buffet, matre d' did not make the effort to remove the lettuce from the salad bar until closing , and therefore we chose not go into the breakfast.
The breakfast was amazing. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be providing hospitality. Perfect location for overnight in transit through JFK.
The hotel is dated and ready for a refresh. The neighborhood is not great for exploring on foot. I know because I walked for miles during my 36 hour layover.
Location was great. Shuttle service was very convenient. Room was very comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was just okay.
The location and the shuttle makes this place worth it.
Hotel muito limpo, quarto amplo e uma ótima vista.
Porém, chegamos no aeroporto e mesmo com o translado gratuito, não conseguimos contato, sabendo que terminamos no aeroporto por volta das 10:00, então tivemos que pagar um Uber para poder chegar. As atendentes da recepção poderiam ter pelo menos ter simpatia ao atendimento e foram indiferentes ao problema. Esperava mais por ser hotel Radisson.
Close to the airport
They were miss leading about the parking. Turns out its 22 dollars a night to park here. I found a large cockroach alive in the bathroom and staff seemed not to care Night staff was rude Hotel bar wanted 8 dollars for a beer Questionable people seemed to come into the hotel at all hours of the night All this at nearly 300 dollars a night for a basic room is crazy
Was the only hotel available after my flight was canceled.
AC didn't work. Paint peeling from the ceiling. Carpet felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Quick check in process
First of all I walked into my room and the toilet has a pee on the toilet seat!!! Which shocked me and I wish I can show you the picture. I think that’s says it all !
Friendly staff is helpful
Rooms are dated. Old bathtubs. Old wallpaper.
I only needed a place to sleep for one night after a long day of traveling with my 9 year old before another 4-5 hour drive, and this fit the bill. The beds were comfortable; that's a plus. Overall it's sufficient for the tired traveler, but that's all I can say about it. Probably a bit overpriced.
Bathroom wasn't terribly clean. Restaurant oddly expensive. No wifi in rooms. Housekeeping came knocking on our door hours before checkout even though I had the "do not disturb" sign out. Really needs a better restaurant with more options, a la carte breakfast (to avoid the absurdly priced $18 buffet), and room service.
Hotel Needs a Renovation
This hotel needs to be updated. Everything just looks worn.
We got in late and wanted to have a quick snack and a beer or cocktail. Evidently the bar in the hotel has a lot of regular costumers from the neighborhood and they come before the guests. We sat at a corner table and the waitress didn’t come over at all in 20 minutes. We were Leaving and told the manager on our way out. He didn’t try to take care of us at all. They did nothing to make it better! horrible customer service from the front desk to the bar and restaurant! I do not recommend to anyone!!
