The rooms are very big and spacious.
There were a few people in the Hotel speaking English or some other language except the native. That was actually the problem of the whole village. The bus driver that transferred us to the lifts was the worst thing there. It was 10:20 and he didn't want to take us to the lifts because 5 mins have passed from the time he stops transfers.
The hotel staff was nice and good, i appreciate. They are helpfull speak english, is perfect for visitors. The room was very clean and nice. nice view. the hotel is clean, the location is good. is quiet. you have parking inside the hotel, is good for the security of the car. inside the room is warm not cold..the bathroom clean. the sauna was nice, very nice, and the staff from the swimming pool, clean towels...
i didn't like the swimming pool temperature, was cold. but the swimming pool design is perfect
The staff is polite, dinner was very good, the bar & reasteurant area are very good and you can stay for a drink & coffee, spa center just ok. however the hotel is value for money. You feel safe in the hotel.
they need to change sheets & towels, we were in the hotel for 5 nights and we used the same sheets & towels from the 1st day. except the 2 girls in the reception, the rest staff can not speak english. add hairdryers in the rooms. breakfast is a bit poor. the hotel is a bit far from the gondola by foot. No elevator in the main building.
Gentle staff , big and warm rooms.
It was far from the gondola lift!
Very polite personnel with satisfying knowledge of english language, quick check -in & check-out with no problems. As we were two familys with three children under five years old and a couple of grandparents, they gave us two opposite appartments at the ground floor of the building B5 that even had a nice courtyard and a studio at the fourth floor of the same building. The appartments were spacious, bright, warm and fully equiped. The distance to the historical centre was 10 min. on foot even with kids and to the Ski zone, 5 min. by car, following the "Ski zone" signs on the left of the hotel.
They didn't change towels, the room make up wasn't satisfying the bathrooms were tiny and the bathroom of studio B5 04 02 had a horrible smell all the days of our stay. Also the pool could have been a little bit warmer.
It was pleasure for us to stay there. Our apartment was really pretty and comfortable and we were surprised with a bottle of wine and some other things as first guests. Well organised complex with a lot of facilities...
Vvery good heating.
Pool, jacuji, sauna not good.Poor lighting at night.Snow everywhere, dangerous to walk. Few TV channels to see.
Value for Money
Long distance from the center, no elevator at the hotel. Very poor menu for the breakfast every day the same, no black tee - it ended! Breakfast supposed to be ready at 7.30 a.m. at 8.00 still no coffee or tee or anything else to drink and half of the usual menu. In the evening long time waiting for the ordered food. 3 days without changing towels-that's how long we stayed.
Very comfortable apartment, everithing brand new, fully equiped kitchen, good heating (electric, controlled by the user), nice and clean indoor swimming pool (also well heated), sauna, very friendly staff, available own parking place
The shuttle service to the gondola was available only until 10:00 am (9:00 CET), we could not manage to catch it. I would expect availability by 12:00
