The location of the hotel is excellent - buses go from outside the hotel and are very frequent - or it's a pleasant 20 minute walk into town.

Very helpful on reception with a good understanding of English
Staff on breakfast duty could do with being a little more attentive - we had virtually finished our breakfast before we received the hot water for a cup of tea!

The friendliness of the staff and people outside of the hotel
Our room was situated at the front of the hotel alongside the main road out of Triviso, very very noisey. If I wentagain or recommended anyone to stay there then I would request a room at the back of the hotel
