The place is very well located. The staff was extremely gracious and went out of their way to be helpful. Please note that it is not a 5 star hotel, and thankful is not. Otherwise it would be too expensive. Although the rooms are on the small side, any couple will be quite comfortable. Enjoy.
Unfortunately the place needs a lot of work, and does not deserve the 2 Star category. There was not much to like, except being a short walk from the beach and near a main avenue with shops and cafes. Owner tried to be accommodating. Air conditioning was working and bed was decent, but no other amenities.
This was a bad experience; rooms were small and not appealing, bathroom incredibly small. No reading lights by the bed and one of the 3 ceiling lights was out. No small table or chair. Walls were brocken and mildew visible in one of the two rooms.
location near the beach, not the hotel itself but they offer nice apartment nearby
very dirty, slow service
We got nicely along with the staff who changed us to a somewhat better room. The location of the hotel is great beeing in the center and close to the beach.
The rooms are not only very small, but everything is used to its end.
Right in the centre of shops, and just 5 min walk to the beach.
I would never go again. This is not a hotel, more like a hostel. Room was smelling bad, bathroom was too small and extremely dirty with a mat that used to be pink but turned into black. When I asked them to clean the bathroom all they did was wipe the water that was on the floor. Simply disgusting. The 2 ladies from the reception were moody and not helpful at all.
The hotel was in a good location- close to the beach and in Downtown Tel Aviv. Very accessible. Good for a low budget.
Rooms were small, dingy and unattractive. Hotel staff was mildly helpful and couldn't give us a consistent answer if breakfast existed. The desk was often staffed by people who were filling in and "didn't actually work there," making the minimal, at best, service even less applicable. No soap was provided. Option for an extreme budget, but it is simply a bed and not a pleasurable experience.
With a stay at Ness Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Tel Aviv, steps from Ben Yehuda Street and 11 minutes by foot from Gordon Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
