Friendly and helpful. Good breakfast
Draught in bedroom due to window not shutting properly.Parking a nightmare if no room on hotel forecourt. Notices for parking on side roads difficult to interpret.
I turned up at the hotel and after knocking the door, ringing the numbers on the door couldn't get in,and ended up booking another hotel at 10pm on a freezing cold night in a strainge town at an extra expense of £109!! The room the next day when we did get into the hotel were very cold and the shower was just a tricle and cold. The staff were very friendly though.
Location; 2 toiltes belong to room 7
Staff was eating with us in the morning at 9'o clock and forgot to get the ordered tea and coffee; room facilities far less then described on the website; we have got a single room with double bed ( room 7); there were no lightbulb in the night-lamp located above the kettle which was welcoming us contained some "how knows how old" water; some glue-ish thing was on the bed sheet; 1 white face towel and 2 white bathroom towels accurately folded but unfortunately yellow-ish coloured; peeling wall-paper; no hair-dryer by the way; possibly on their website showing pictures of the best looking room...
it was ok to stay for a short period. no parking facilities at all.facilities needed to be improved.
toilet and bath facilities not very satisfied.
Such friendly, smily people very keen to please
The staff and owner were great. The breakfast was good and with no extra charge. Although within a distance of 20 min walk to the centre, there's enough services around (restaurant, pub, supermarket, Bank). A nice traditional house.
The room and bathroom need serious improvement.
