Great ambiance and service
Fast, efficient check-in and check-out, prompt responses to requests, efficient laundry service, well stocked bathrooms and consistent cleanliness throughout our 7-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed using the gym!
Water bottle not complimentary in the room.
Clean, spacious rooms
Beautiful hotel and services
Services good 10 to 20 minutes walk to the center of the city
Ideal stop off
We stayed here for a one night stop over when driving from the port of Caen to the Costa Blanca. The hotel was ideally located, not far off our route and has an underground car park - ideal with a fully loaded car. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel generally. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.
Excellent service provided by front desk staff.
The staff were excellent. We booked a double and intended to share with our daughter to save a bit of money, but the hotel staff gave us a n extra bed for no extra cost!
Good enough breakfast. Easy free parking outside the hotel. Very good price
Hotel staff got us 3 (out of requested 4) tickets to bullfight. No minimum charge for room service (just wanted coffee, and it came very quickly).
they made me pay additional 20 euros for checking out 2 hours past limit time, althougt i asked for permission the day before
Nicest hotel in Pamplona....perfect for San Fermines if you want to sleep at night...10-15 min walk to all the action.......even the matadors stay at NH Iruna Park
.central location and close to good restaurants
A little too expensive
Wireless service was overpriced and poor quality connection. It would put me off using any nh hotel in future. I could not access my emails through a vpn as there was interference in the internet connection. This is a major negative to using the hotels again. I have used nh hotels in Vienna and Frankfurt as I go to both locations regularly on business
It is a nice setting in the park.
The restaurant service was indifferent, and our waitress had not been trained. The room cost too much for the value received. This hotel is more like a three star hotel than a four star. The neighborhood is sterile. The internet offering was expensive, and imposed download, upload and usage limit (how 20th century). I would not recomment this hotel to anyone.
clean. per my expectations.
1. price for internet services is too high compared to other hotels. For example, in a Parador the charge is 2 Euros for 4 hours... 2. Location is too far from center of town.
The NH Pamplona Iruña Park hotel was recently renovated in 2016 and is set in the quiet San Juan district of Pamplona. Nature lovers will be happy to find the Yamaguchi Japanese-style Park nearby and enjoy the 20-minute walk to the center through the green Taconera Gardens. Guests will be close to the famous Pamplona bullring, the Cathedral and the old city walls as well as tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a total of 213 rooms at NH Pamplona Iruña Park, many of which come with great views over the surrounding city and green spaces. The decor features neutral colors and the rooms have a chic contemporary feel. Each comes with free Wi-Fi and a TV. The breakfast is a delicious affair with a wide variety of options for everyone’s taste. Even the kids will be excited about breakfast, since the buffet features special seating and dishes for children. For lunch and dinner head to the Gayarre which serves typical Navarran specialties from tapas to full meals. Cafeteria Bayona is another great place to unwind with a fragrant Spanish wine or your favorite cocktail. The hotel has a gym on the 11th floor. There are also 15 meeting rooms for up to 1300 people.
