The staffwas very nice
There didn't know that I had a refrigerator that didn't work. Isn't housekeepingin charger of that. They sholud check refrigerators every day. I lost a plate of seafood without any compation for it. It did cost 24.00 buck.
Nice, clean hotel; disability access not great for my mother's needs
The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was helpful. I enjoyed sitting in the gazebo area. I was grateful to have use of a luggage carrier near the back door so I didn't have to carry our things into the room. There was a lot of space in the room for my mother's wheelchair. The extra plugs on the table were appreciated. The sink in the bathroom and mirror with shelf in the entry area were perfect for wheelchair height. She didn't use the shower, but it would have been wonderful for her situation - no lip and a spacious stall, with an extra detachable shower head.
My mother is in a wheelchair. We had to move the beds apart so she would have room to get into bed. The bed was up very high and the toilet was very low, so I had to do a lot of lifting. The bar in the bathroom next to the toilet had a towel shelf mounted above it, which was in the way when she tried to use it to lift herself. It was right where her head needed to be.
They should spend more time cleaning to room and bathroom.
Good Value, Good Location
La Quinta Inn is close to the highway, close to shopping, close to restaurants. It is easy to spend a whole lot more nearby. Reasonably clean.
I didn't stay at La Quinta for the ambiance. HIt appears that they've made some effort to stay contemporary but it also appears that they've been doing so a piece at a time. Some things are current, some are dated. For the cash tough, not bad.
Heard people in the hallway. Families had kids and they were playing and crying. Also the elevator was very slow. Had to use the stairs. Had dingy carpets.
I liked the pool area and the comfortable beds. My boyfriend liked the breakfast buffet. I love that pets are welcome at no extra charge.
The dressers were broken and there was no mini fridge. Last time we stayed there was a mini fridge so it was a bit of an inconvenience. My daughter didn't like the breakfast options. I feel there should be more kid friendly options like pop tarts or breakfast bars. Toilet was loud.
