The hotel is in a very cute neighborhood - unfortunately, parking is a little complicated there. We were welcomed by the woman on shift and checked in well before our check-in time with no problems. She let us leave our car in the tiny lot while we went out on the town. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the shower head bracket on the adjustable-height rod wouldn't actually stay in place and slid down to the lowest position. I informed the woman that checked us out and she seemed genuinely interested in getting it repaired. The breakfast was good and fresh.
staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, you can really relax after a hard walking day, from the street you cant hear anything
From my point of view was a little far from downtown
very nice hotel,in a green surroundings, clean room,wi-fi included in the price.
The staff is very friendly, location is quiet and convenient
Rooms were large and clean
We had to 'Shlep' luggage to third floor - no lift. small parking lot was full and we had to look for parking on the neighborhood. breakfast was minimalistic
The Hotel room was spacious for two, the complimentary bottles of water in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
New/Remodeled hotel, very clean and comfortable, great staff, good value for the price.
Somewhat hard to find.
The staff was wonderful - very kind and helpful. Since I was on my own with a 21 mo old child for part of the trip the kindness of the staff made a huge difference. The room was huge - perfect for our toddler to have a chance to play at the end of the day. The kitchen was also a great convenience. The breakfast was good - simple and good quality products every day. The design of the hotel was beautiful - very elegant, clean modern lines. Something that was pleasing to us as young family. When we return to Heidelberg I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The tram ride into the city was even fun and easy!
The kitchenette did not have any cooking supplies....no pots, pans, plates, forks spoons, etc. We bought out own at a local grocery store so it was not a big deal but it certainly would have been nice.
It was bare minimum.
Lack of lights, TV very difficult, wires hanging everywhere
opportunity to use a kitchen within the room
