Simple hotel providing good value for money. Internet access was excellent.
Free WIFI in the rooms. Large bedroom and bathroom with a powerful shower. Plenty of hot water and heating/aircon in room. 250m from Metro.
Pillows are old and not comfortable. Card machine broken so can only accept cash.
very kind staff, nice old house, clean rooms, affordable prices
close to the city center and good value. Quite
Very nice room, well placed.
Poor English of the staff
Short of hot water
Quite modern interior design, recently redecorated, lots of cheap cafeterias around, 10-15 min walk from the main shopping street and the city center, quiet
It was freaking cold, no heating, you could see your breath! I think it is a great hotel for summer months, but it was unbearable in December. The owners offered us to rent a very lousy electric heater for 5 euro a night, which I find really unbeckoning, since they claim to have airconditioning, and that is missing, so they should not charge for the heating! Moreover, the shower cabin is so small that you hit your elbows against the walls! And we are pretty slim, but I don't think that any, even slightly obese person, would fit in. They could put a bigger cabin because there is a lot od space in the bathroom anyway. Towels would not dry in the cold and no one cleaned the room. And we couldn't pay with a credit card!
They speak only portugues , and understand nothing else , but very friendly people , and free wifi
Large comfortable, recently renovated room.
Administration left a lot to be desired. The hotel had no record of my booking and they do not accept Visa as stated in the hotel policies. Location poor. Taste in bedroom decor extremely suspect.
