free breakfast for a reasonaly priced hotel , free garage bonus for a busy city like Porto. Good location if you need to be in Bonfin area reception staff pleasant and helpfull.
The rooms are very dated like the rest of the hotel . The carpet in our room was very stained ,the wall needed painting few years a ago . The all facility is past hit's best .!
Good location near underground, quiet place, air condition in room, good breakfast.
little bit dirty bathroom as usual in many hotels in Portugal in this category
room was ok, well equipped bathroom, quiet because the windows, , good service and helpful staff,
breakfast could be more varied, only one kind of cheese and two kind of bacon
I would not recommend this hotel. It is dull, and not particularly comfortable. The waiter in the restaurant was surly, and did not even try to speak any foreign language (although we offered several, not knowing much Portuguese).
Hotel staff was very helpful, you can keep your luggage there for free for a few more hours even after you check-out, good value for money, it is in a quiet area so you don't hear the traffic noise.
Location (walking distance to the city centre), safe ( when we came back at night to our room for some reason the door was open (probably didnt close good ourselvs) - nothing was stolen.
The carpet in the room was really dirty and disgusting!!
Great Breakfast, god channel options on cable TV.
Not so close to the river, but bus line in front hotel take you very fast to downtown, improve explanation to reach hotel by Car.
The staff went the extra step to try and help you
very small, older style
the staff went out of their way to help us find the synagogue and were helpful in every way-and the parking lot was a big plus
Hotel location, staff, value for money, lovely summer sunset over the city centre, for those staying on the rooms with windows to the side of the building. My room had a problem with wall sockets on the day i checked-in, but the crew wasted no time fixing it, superb! Highly recommended venue for low/mid-budget travellers.
Sound-proofing needs to be improved, as you can hear anything from one room to another, the beds are pretty uncomfortable and some doors take a few tricks to lock securely (lucky enough, on my room it was the bathroom door, but my friend's was the main door to the corridor)
