Friendly and helpful staff
location was good to walk to the main city centre but was in a run down area of town
I liked the beds, the breakfast and the staff.
The shower was not strong enough and the hot water ran out once.
the decor of the hotel was good, the hotel was clean throughout.the staff were helpfull.
no ensuite facilties.breakfast could have better. an improvement would be adding fresh fruit instead of ham and cheese
Friendly Staff. Nice yard (riad) where to have breakfast in the morning in a relaxing situation. Cleaness. Free wi-fi.
My room was just with a small window, not with a proper one. No air conditioned.
Decor was very detail-oriented.
The maintenance of the room wasn't great, but good considering the price.
it was too cold in the hotel. too much things of orient-even very bad smell. hotel is old, thin walls, and you can hear every step from the hall
The room was very clean and had a fine incense scent, the decoration was beautiful - moroccan style; The staff was helpful and friendly.
I found the hotel clean but the standard was really low budget. For example the bedroom door was like a cupboard door offering little or no sound-proofing and security. The television in reception was playing late at night and sounded like it was in the room. The hotel was also very cold which was compensated by blankets which had a musty smell. With the long walk up a steep hill and the sombre lighting we didn't really feel like being there too much.
Nice welcoming and helpful staff. We were welcomed with a glass of Porto wine. Good breakfast and very nice decoration, oriental style.
No heating in the bathroom.
