優點： Lost cost, I suppose you get what you pay for.
缺點： Very slow to clear the waste cups and litter away. Only one run of drinks service. Very slow to get off the plane at Rotterdam, had to wait for geriatrics and disabled to get off the plane first and took forever.

DELAYED AGAIN
優點： This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights

Decent budget airline
優點： Transavia is a good low cost airline. Sadly what you don't pay for makes for a long flight if your journey is more than a couple hours; specifically no entertainment system and moderately comfortable seats make a long journey a bit of a marathon. The flight attendants were helpful and friendly.

優點： Smooth check in nice crew - not too complicated
缺點： would be nice to have a complimentary glass of water but all beverages and snacks are paid separately

優點： Staff was nice. Flight was not fully booked so the crew accommodated the passengers to sit on the empty seats and next to persons they wanted.
缺點： Boarding was a mess. Took very long to get on the plane after already extended wait times without any update at the gate. With a flight arrival at 0:30 local time it also does not help if you have to wait an madditiona 20-30 minutes on the plane after landing because the tunnel connection to the gate is not in place.
