The gardens and pool areas are well groomed and very attractive. The check-in took over 25 min., which seem long to me. Being an English speaker, I found it hard to understand the "English" of many of the staff that were European due to their accents. The Arabic natives speak clear English.
I had a haircut there and he messed up my original cut and I was very unhappy. There is limited resources for eating if you do not want to eat big buffets and higher cost restaurants. The only other resource is "room service" where you are stuck in your room eating by yourself. It would be nice to be able to go to a "pub" type of place where there is a limited menu of beer, sandwiches, salads, and soups. I do not like to eat a huge meal at night. After a buffet breakfast, all I need is a snack at mid-day and a light dinner. Booking tours were not easy. You have to get someone to call the English speaking person to come to the hotel and talk to you.
Great beach and plenty of different pool areas where guests can relax with not much crowding when the resort is busy.
The food was good exception of barbecue
