Bed was uncomfortable, pet rates were absolutely unreasonable. We will avoid staying at Hilton
The hotel offered a free bus transit into the town center. It arrived on time and the drivers were courteous.
Our room was in the family pet wing. I suffered from allergies our entire stay. The room had a stale pet odor. Unfortunately, the entire hotel was booked and we couldn’t switch rooms. It would be helpful for the site to offer a choice of pet/dander free options. Now I know to request such a room. The hotel was understaffed. Upon our return at 4:00 the room had not been cleaned or bed made. We had to find an attendant and ask her to make up our room. The front desk told me that some rooms weren’t done until 6:00. That seems unreasonable for a Hilton hotel at the rates we paid. Breakfast although abundant was powdered eggs, mushy corned beef hash, and rubbery hard boiled eggs. Yuk!
Nice Clean Room and Friendly Staff
The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. Good solid value.
Nothing to really complain about.
Breakfast staff had difficulty keeping up with demand. Items ran out throughout our brief visit. They made every effort when it was brought to their attention, but we had to bring things to their attention quite a bit. (The coffee is out. The fruit has run out. The waffle mix is empty. There is no syrup. The decaf is out. There is still no fruit. There are no bowls. The regular coffee is out again…)
It was a very quiet location but very close to downtown. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was very good.
The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people there at the time. The one woman cleaning the area could not keep up with getting the tables clean and restocking the food.
I enjoyed the stay, plan to come back.
Quiet setting among the trees. Free internet. Nice hot breakfast, at least on Sunday.
The towels in the pool area were tiny and as rough as 60 grit sandpaper. The towels in the room were a little softer (200 grit) but still small. Not something you can change now, but design would be better if bathroom were accessible without having to go through the bedroom.
Hotel staff was great - very helpful. The room was great for our family.
