Excellent rooms. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good.
The breakfast was overpriced for what it was. The only let down of the stay as there was little choice and luke warm food.
The staff were very attentive. There was a problem with the room I was booked in to initially, which was rectified courteously and immediately. Very impressed!
Customer parking wasn't the best. I drive a large car and the acccess to parking was a little tight. Apart from that, there was nothing else I could fault.
Very nice hotel comfortable rooms and friendly staff thought the hotel was a bit pricey. Also breakfast was fine but it was buffet not service as it says in the brochure
Again thought it was overpriced
The hotel rooms are clean and have high ceilings
I booked a double bed and got two singles pushed together with the bedding made up as two singles - in addition the single bed was not comfortable. Hotel was full. Only thing the receptionist could offer was 'full breakfast, which I declined
Staff helpfulness, especially Barbara on reception, who immediately addressed our disappointment at certain issues relating to our en-suite, by going the extra mile as regards customer service.
Certain aspects of the room we were given did not come up to scratch in light of its refurbishment and the hotel's elevated status. Felt that the full breakfast should either be included in the room price or certainly reduced as thought pricey compared to other establishments.
No elevator, no offer to help with bgs otherwise very nice
Cleanliness was very noticeable in the hotel, from towels to bed linen, dining cloths and cutlery. One of the nicest, most pleasant hotels we have stayed at. The staff were particularly pleasant and we enjoyed the informality of the hotel. A beautiful building set in lovely surroundings. We will most certainly re-book at the same hotel on our return later in the year.
Just a minor point we would mention would be the mattress being slightly hard, although this in no way affected our stay at the hotel. We feel we may be conscious of this due to the purchase of a foam mattress a year or so ago at home which is wonderful - retains shape, never sags and remains firm but gentle on the joints! Quite expensive outlay but well worth the trouble.
Room , bathroom, and furniture was good, Breakfast was good as well, although the fruit and vegetarian meal options could be improved.
Availability of wireless internet
Just the sheer excelence of the room /view over the park and it was quiet which for glasgow is rare.staff friendly and accomidating.it was magic
Being the building next to the main hotel where you have to go for breakfast or the bar
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Main room and bathroom were very spacious.
