Location of the Arta Lenz Hotel is exellent! Only 2 min from Q-damm, metro and bus station.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, breakfast was good. The location is close to city center and not far from underground station. For a short trip it's okay.
The hotel is in a beautiful, old building with a historic staircase and old elevator. Unfortunately, the rooms and breakfast area are furnished without any style and taste.

It was quite simple, but useful and quite enough: all you need at breakfast and at night. What do you need else? And very, very interesting and old lift machine.
A bit noisy, because very good hearing (audition?) from corridor and even neighbour rooms.

The location is excellent very close to the Charlottenburg eateries...
Generally the reception desk pretends(?) to be rather uninformed asbout public transportation etc., especially when you prefer speaking english. The room I stayed in one could hear every sound in the corridor and one of the neighbouring rooms. They got up earlier than me...

cheap hotel, offers fair services for this price. Location is very good (near U7 and bus station). A plus is that you can ask to have breakfast earlier and the staff is willing to offer you that
