The room was very comfortable for just me and I couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms around me until I opened my window. Customer service helped me with a few small mishaps that involved with talking over the phone. I also enjoyed the free bottled water every morning I didn't get new sheets, the cleaning crew still straightened my bed and took out my trash just without the clean sheets.
The APA was a really nice hotel. The people there were friendly all the time and very helpful. There is an amazing Ramen bar across the street. It is pretty much in between two subway stations which was really nice. The room space was a little in the small side but what else should you expect from a Japanese room. The bed was amazing. There was more than enough room for my wife and I and I am 6 foot 5. When they make the beds every day they bring a bottle water as well. If you have a do not disturb sign up they will leave fresh towels and the water bottle in a laundry bag nicely by the door.
