One of the best business hotels I've ever stayed at.
Everything : breakfast, bed, room, the air even was nice and pleasant smelling. Location was perfect for work.
The staff were a little too friendly - I felt like I had to return a 'good morning' every 10 steps.
The Palace Hotel is just that... a contemporary palace complete with impeccable finishes, art, and service. The staff could not do enough for us from carrying bags, to creating itineraries, to attending to our every need with prompt attention and happy disposition. So kind and generous and anxious to please. Food and drinks were first rate and the concierge club level lounge put it over the top with intimate lounge overlooking the city, outside lounge area with couches and city views, and beautiful and kind service managers who served food and drinks and made arrangements for us all with a warm smile. The rooms are clean contemporary yet warm and impeccable with every convenience at the touch of a button. There is art throughout the rooms and hotel that make you stop and take notice at every turn. If you are lucky enough to get a corner room as we were we enjoyed city views and over looked the Emperial Palace Gardens. The view from the bathroom and tub were breathtaking. The hotel is connected by a beautifully finished underground tunnel with shoppes and restaurants to the nearest train station. This is clearly one of the finest hotels in the world. even if you are not staying here it's worth the time to see.
I travelled with my 25 year old son and although he enjoyed experiencing the best of the best, the location is a bit removed from the more active and younger areas to the west such as Shibuya, Roppongie, Harijuko and Shinjuku! if you're hanging in the high rent district you can't beat it, although I must say Harijuko has great shopping along pedestrian friendly streets! Am must see.
One of the world's great hotel.
Price is relatively high
