Hope to receive from you soon. ------------- To : Hotel.Com To : KAYAK Expedia URGENT -- URGENT -- URGENT DEAR GENTLE, We done the below reservation throw your site - One bedroom ocean suite - in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai – United Arab Emirates check in 26th Oct. 2017 - check out 28th Oct. 2017 - and you deducted the full amount $4388.9 from our credit card - and we received a confirmation from Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah – Dubai for our reservation under the reference number 68947233 and we spoke to the hotel and they confirmed to us by phone that the reservation is available and confirmed. The reservation under the name of our group of companies chairman - Mr. Mahmoud M Al-Toukhi. Unfortunately today when they reached the hotel they found no reservation in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah without any reason – and they took the guests to another hotel without any apologizing or anything in written for changing the hotel. The guests available in Dubai to attend a marriage party in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah and would like to stay in the same hotel and for that we done the reservation and paid a big amount for one room $4389.9 and changing the hotel is not acceptable by any way for us, but now we are using the new room because we have no other choice. And the hotel not the same and the location. Now, we are putting the matter under your hand in order to return all the amount to our credit card account because we not found what you deducted the amount for. We are waiting to hear from you as soon as possible otherwise we will arise a claim and announce in the media about this problem and explain what happened with us.
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A CLAIM AND REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE WE NOT FOUND THE ROOM AND OUR RESERVATION ALREADY SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE.

There were bulldozers working under our bedroom window plus the access to a private lounge and breakfast mentioned in our booking was not supplied.
Ferst they give me vere bad room . I did'nt except to check in . and they didnt chang it until next day

The hotel is very nice, the service was great and the food is excellent.We had a very relaxing time at the hotel.they have lots of restaurants and bars.Great hotel I would go back.
The rooms have excellent views, are well-furnished, clean and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and pleasant
The restaurants are very expensive, especially for breakfast, as this was not included in our rate
