Staff and location were fine. We were happy to find at least this since we were late for better solutions.
We had a tiny room in the attic (15 SQM). Although we paid for the hotel in advance, only a couple of hours before check-out, they tried to use our debit card once again, but since it was not possible, they cancelled our reservation (curiously: they were probably afraid of our review at booking.com. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Some staff spoke neither English nor German.
Location was good - 10 min walking distance from central station and taxi from down town cost just 7EUR.
Room was very, very small. We booked twin room, but both single beds were put together and was not possible to separate them as then bathroom doors would be blocked. Twin room in picture is very far from what you actually get! Girl in reception was not very welcoming - we felt like we are bothering her with being there.
Very good breakfast, stuff quite friendly and very close to Bahnhof. Room was big and clean, I would recommend it.
very strange system of turning on the water. It was always slightly warm.
