only the location near center and have supermarket near hotel , clean , warm during winter time
the rooms so cozy very small , noise from the staff coz i was at first floor where the breakfest sarved , furnture poor ,
Clean, comfortable room; friendly staff; typical European breakfast; fair price.
Toilet in the corridor and the price was 230 Euro per night.... Ok it was a Fair time, but anyway. Worst hotel in general I have been in last 20 years.
Comfortable bed & surprisingly good breakfast buffet.
Rooms on the street-side rather noisy.
Close to city and activity
There were many things I did not like. The hotel is on a very busy road and trams pass by every few minutes till late at night, thus making the rooms noisy. Breakfasts were served from 7 during the week, and on the first morning I went for breakfast at 7:30 to find no juice, cheese, or sliced meats available as the dishes had not been replenished frequently, nor were the tables cleared. There were no staff members in the area during the breakfast experience. The bathroom besides being small, smelt as though someone had been sick in there, and the smell did not go away. My towel was not replaced on the second day after the room had been cleaned. Packed lunch requested on the 2nd morning was also not as per the list provided in the rooms.
Breakfast was reasonable, for a guest house.
Room very small with only the basic facilities - one terrible pillow, poor layout. And the location was not great - nowhere to eat within walking distance and did not feel safe walking in the area in the dark
Ihad been there 2 or 3 times before, Knew where it was and found it great value
No Heating in Bedroom, Understaffed, Shower very weak with fluctuating Temperatures and an understocked Bar in Reception. No T.V Remote Control. No English spoken by Anyone and i could not get a receipt upon Leaving as Receptionist did not know how to use Computer. Poor Breakfast
it was uncomplicated
the breakfast (service) was very poor. All tables had still the used stuff of previous guest including food left-overs. And quite some stuff was finished despite not coming too late. Would recommend to either not provide breakfast, avoiding wrong expectations or to improve this service.
The staff were very friendly & helpful
I asked for a no smoking room (my room was no. 505). The corridor outside the room absolutely stank of smoke and this entered my room and made my stay unpleasant. The breakfast selection was very poor (this was at 8:30am) The coffee containers and orange juice containers were empty. The breakfast tables had not been cleared away from the previous diners. There were no clean plates, dishes or cups available.
Was declare that have interenet, but finally interenat was available, but no cable for my computer. Finally can not use this facility ! very bad.
