This is an okay place to stay for one night because it is close to the airport and for the free shuttle. The gentlemen who welcomed us at night was really nice and accommodating since we had flights that came in at 3 in the morning.
When I checked in the gentlemen told me all they had left was a double bed, being that it was 3 am I was tired after my 24 hour flight/ layovers. I said it was fine but he did say we could switch to a room with twin beds since i was traveling with a friend the next day if we liked and I told him we would just talk about it later when I got some rest. The next day around 10 am I went to talk about the room change but there was a lady and she had no idea what I was talking about. She seemed annoyed and short and that I had booked one thing and not the other so I was confused at why I was offered the change in the first place? It was fine I was not going to make a big deal over this but she was very rude and maybe the staff should all be on the same page. Also when we checked out right away they went and checked the rooms to see if we had taken anything or destroyed it didn't bother me personally, but there was another family checking out at the same time. Well the bell boy or whatever his job title is came downstairs from checking their and brought with him a stained towel it looked like kook-aid or juice not really sure. Well they charged him so they could get it cleaned which is understandable but it sounded like the price was a little ridiculous. The thing is though those towels we not the cleanest to start out with they are the ones for the bathroom when you come out of the shower. I get their purpose but to charge a ridiculous amount for something that is not "white" just to get it cleaned well a little crazy. The area is not what we expected it was a little run down for what the picture makes you believe.
It's good near the airport every hour thay have pick up and drop through and from hotel airport lobby boy from myanmar is is very hard working resturant is ok for dinner breakfast is good.
As the hotel is quiet near to air port there are noise of plain landing all through out night , also suggestion of NOT TO OPEN WINDOWS AS THERE ARE A LOT OF MOSQUITOES. Also pleas teach Front desk staff how to smile .
Very helpful staff - we've been fooled by a few taxi drivers, so after they heard our problem they organized trip to city center for a very reasonable price (this time taxi driver was honest and spoke English fluently). Location is exotic - I've seen more Bangkok during the transfer from the airport than during our trip to city center - local people lives around the hotel - you can see running kids, dogs and chicken around you. There are a few tiny local shops around and moreover you feel quite safe there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people looking for luxury, otherwise - it is highly recommended. I've stayed here with 5 friends and everybody liked this hotel.
Only one advantage is near to airport, too noise from airplane whole day and whole night. Never come again.
I have nothing good to say about this hotel.
Bed was uncomfortable - two mattresses put together - one could feel where the mattresses was put together. Booked a Deluxe Double room - room was on 4th floor, no lift, had to walk all the up and down. To come to bed you had to walk in a steep circular staircase.
