the restaurants were good with a reasonable choice of types of food and the prices were not too high for a hotel
the bar was small and cramped plus it was in the lobby next to the main dining area - all open plan with no separate identity, noisy and closed early. this hotel was great when the old airport was operating but now is too far from the centre of Bangkok unless you use the expressway which still means a 30 min taxi ride
I liked how the staff are very nice and very helpfull, we had a great time there. Thankyou.
It was close to an exhibition we attended
It was nice to stay at this hotel,we will be back and stay from 30/5-4/6 - 2010.
It was quiet despite being right on the expressway and the restaurants in the hotel were reasonably priced for a tourist.
Not enough about the facilities was explained in english in the room. Paying for non-wireless internet was not good, many places for similar price or less have free wi-fi internet.
Friendly staff ,room design.
firm king size mattress
Shuttle Bus service was useful
Bad control at the breakfast area. First day, we had to search for a seat ourselves. Then when I walked away to get more food , someone took my seat. Definitely need to have patience to deal with traffic jam and long u turn,
The hotel was used as the venues of conferences and meetings resulting in a lot of people at the lobby area make the hotel very busy and not pleasant. The swimming pool and fitness facilities are far from the hotel rooms and have to walk through big crownds to get there.
The shuttle service to the airport & the city was useful
The water in the taps never got warm enough for me
The hotel seemed to focus to the conference and seminar people rather than the comfort of the hotel customer
