I booked through hotel.com. My TG 320 flight from Kathmandu got cancelled on Mar 27; thus i could arrive on Mar 28 only. I called hotel.com, was Delhi, talked number of people. The last person i talked was Rabin. I requested to modify my reservation, he said, he will do and write me. Never replied nor email was received. I explained same thing to the hotel while check-in, and they could not say anything. Without my stay, I paid for the mar 27. When i asked for check-out receipt, they say they cannot give anything, as a proof of my stay. They gave me a piece of paper without hotel name and so on.; that also from March 27 to April 2 check-out. It was a big embarrassment for me, as if i stayed at their mercy. I will recommend my colleagues, never book via hotel.com; and not stay in Urbana; because they do not care guest who prepaid. I want my one night money back, as well apology from Urbana; and my proof of stay from Marc 28 to April 1. If you provide me the email address, I will send my reservation and unnamed paper given without hotel name and stamp etc. Pls give me the name, number and email address of person to complain, if you really care for guests.
