Lovely hotel. Great location for buses and trains into town or an evening out in Didsbury. Staff very friendly.
The breakfast is not included and is very expensive compared to almost antwhere else in the area (£15)
I always stay here, the decor, atmosphere and service is consistantly good, comfortable and elegant.
The design of the hotel is lovely and makes it very different from the usual business hotel
Staff very helpful and welcoming. Nice room for short stay and one person. Good location for Didsbury's restaurants and pubs.
Room too small for two people or longer stay.
nice decor, good lounge areas
had to pay a very over priced charge for wifi access, same again with the breakfast, it was good but over priced.
Good location for visiting family and surrounding countryside. Car park. Appearance of building. Garden/terrasse.
Bit of a pretentious feel to it e.g decor, bath in bedroom, staff attitude.
Excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, wonderful food, extremely helpful and polite staff.
Loved the hotel. I have always wanted to stay here but could never afford it but managed to get a discount price last minute and it was well worth the splurge.
We didnt have breakfast as it seemed very expensive as an extra cost to the room - although looked amazing
The hotel was well presented the staff was friendly and helpful location is superb with lots of bars and restaraunts close enough to enjoy but not too close to spoil the tranquility this hotel offers. Charming
Booked a double room and only 1 double towel in bathroom, Room was over heated. although i would rather be too hot then too cold.
I thought that the receptionist at breakfast time was highly professional and had the sort of presence lacking in the waiters.
The room under the rafters was odd. Huge bathroom, small bedroom. A poor conversion. The staff at breakfast were not professional, too chatty, too busy and the food was slow to come.
