優點： Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

缺點： Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

缺點： Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

優點： The seat was comfortable.

缺點： We were delayed for nearly an hour.

優點： On time, clean on the plane.

缺點： Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

優點： Standard seat. Crew engaging and entertaining without compromising safety or comfort

缺點： Everything optimal

缺點： Baggage reclaim very slow

缺點： If they could be on-time. This one was half hour late

缺點： Last flight of the night always running late

缺點： Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning

優點： Booked front row seats with great leg room which was comfortable

優點： The seats were more comfortable than on the way out. Crew were friendly, polite and efficient. Took off on time and landed early

缺點： Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

優點： It was uneventful and on time

缺點： Less turbulence!

優點： From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

缺點： The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

優點： Punctuality

缺點： Nothing to complain about

優點： The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

缺點： Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

優點： Crew were friendly

缺點： My sons car seat was lost in transit therefore didn’t have any seat for him to sit in once landed at Inverness Airport.

優點： Flight was smooth and on time

缺點： I don't like the boarding procedure and I have problems with the legroom between seats. But then it's a no frills airline and the price was attractive.

優點： The crew were courteous and friendly, the seats were comfortable.

缺點： Nothing stood out as needing improvement.
