Room was very nice, pool was nice but crowded
Building is old, walkway to your room is full of air conditioners blowing very hot air. Room was tiny, especially the bathroom
Really clean. Matched pictures. Great for the price.
Room smelled of smoke
I liked the convenience to the grocery store and it was central to all my activities in south Scottsdale
I called in advance to confirm I had a non-smoking room. I was told it was 100% a non-smoking facility. I was checked into a room that was definitely smoked in. I have allergies and it was tough to sleep and not keep waking up because of the condition of the room.
Room was pretty, functional and well designed for a small space.
Asked for extra hangers twice and never got them. Safe was broken 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Not much of a view from our room. Leak in our bathroom ceiling dripped water in us.
Worn out. Dirty. Noisy
Wonderful, kind staff and really comfortable, clean rooms.
Location is good but that doesn't make the hotel g
Location location location... For the purpose of my trip and the price(60/night) the hotel was central to everything I planned to do which made it a great choice.
The rooms initially appeared to be nice but their attention to detail is severely lacking. The sheets on the beds are white so it's very easy to see the black or reddish brown(hoping not blood) spots and lines on the comforters. The desk is black granite which made it a bit difficult to see the ants crawling on it but my daughter saw them and killed them with my boot. I thought she was kidding since I never saw any, u til our checkout date when I went to grab the phone chargers put of the wall and all the ants were on the wall socket. And last but certainly not least is the staff not being honest. Now this was 100% my mistake I left some articles of clothing on a hanger in the closet (kicking myself for not double checking before leaving) next day I call to inform them that I forgot it and told them exactly what and where it was located, but it can't be found by their staff. Two sweaters should not be worth their staff's integrity. In conclusion I personally will not be staying here again but if you choose to please remember to double check all of your belonging prior to leaving and keep a close eye for stains on your bedding and bugs in your room.
Upgraded us to a room with jacuzzi which was super nice of them. And very comfortable beds
Check in process took longer than expected and they weren't busy
Modern and clean...
Swimming pool was great.... Room was modern and very clean. Location to Downtown Scottsdale is perfect.
The only thing that needed updating was the mattress. It felt soggy lumpy . Woke up with a sore back. Girlfriend also Complained about soreness.
Bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal for us
The plumbing in the bath/shower combo didn't work properly. The tub faucet would still be running at the same time as the shower head, so the it was a race to see if the tub would be filled by the time you were showered.
Loved the whirlpool tube, the bed was 2 die for and having microwave and refrigerator was the best ever
I don't think we had a bad experience at all
I really enjoyed the whirlpool that was in our room very relaxing.
i didn't like that the housekeeper walked into our room without knocking. After she noticed we were in the bed laying down she then proceeded to ask us if we were checking out. I felt that it was very rude to walk in a room without knocking. They also do not have double locks on the door which makes it hard to prevent the housekeeping from intruding.
The tub did not spew warm water and because it was late and I only had 1 night there, I did not want to go through the work and time to get it fixed
Room was very nice. I would like to relax in jacuzzi, but tube was dirty.I wanted to swim in the pool, but there were not any towels.
Hotel was look like somebody started doing remodeling and forgot about good serves.
Location was excellent to Chase ballpark and local shopping in Scottsdale downtown area
Had concerns about a/c vents too close to bed with no way to turn air vents upward from blowing directly on my face/body.
It had room service.
For a woman this was a terrible room--225. It had a door that led to another room. And I was not able to lock it. The people in the next room had children. One child opened the door from their side. It scared me out of my sleep. This is a dangerous situation for any woman who is alone in a hotel room. I'll never go there again.
Internet didn't work. Room small. Noisy when cars or people walked outside the room. I left after one day and booked another hotel.
rooms were clean and comfortable beds/bedding
we could hear a lot of what was going on in the room next door. A lot of door slamming and kids playing
We liked the swimming pool, the cleanliness of the room and the proximity of a nice jogging track
We stayed there for the 2end time in two weeks, and for the 2end time in two weeks we had to explain to the staff that our daughter (10) liked a bed of our own. On the booking stood 3 persons, but the staff did'n't understand that.
Comfort in the room, location at a park.
Staff friendly, helpful and always cheerful. Room was lovely, very modern clean and with more than expected facilities. Hotel complex also had all the facilities we could think of.
