Nothing. I wasn’t actually allowed to stay at the hotel because they overbooked and sent me to another hotel nearby. This was after making me wait in the lobby of the Hyatt House for nearly an hour (11:30pm to 12:15am) after they misrepresented the situation and told me that “housekeeping was still preparing your room”. After waiting in the lobby, I was then nonchalantly told that there was no rooms available due to overbooking, and that I should “go next door”.
Honesty and transpareny would have been appreciated. Don’t lie to a customer that their room is being prepared when you know that you don’t have a room available. Additionally, NOT OVERBOOKING would be a generally good practice. After this experience, I will do whatever I can to avoid using Hyatt or Kayak

Love the hot breakfast, free parking and wifi included. We had the Deluxe King Suite. Simply amazing and spacious suite. More like an apartment unit. Newer and quiet appliances with huge closet and washroom. Tons of room for two. Both my wife and I loved our stay here. Highly recommended and can’t wait to be back.

Convenient to local shopping area. Airport minutes away while not on airport grounds. Decent breakfast selection. Rooms are quite and comfortable.
Nothing bad to say about this property. Have stayed here a couple of times and would do so again.
My flight got in late and when I got to my room it was extremely hot. The air conditioning was broken, they told me there were no other rooms available and no one was available to come look at it. The next morning I talked to three other people about it and nothing was done. It was 87 degrees in my room the whole time I was there, it was miserable.

The staff was unaccomodating. Refused to acknowledge the room I paid for. I travel 300+ days of the year. One thing I know is good customer service skills and working with an unhappy customer within reason. And they did none of the above.
Staff was very friendly, helpful & welcoming! Room was very large & beds were extremely comfortable. Morning breakfast buffet was very good with many choices, even cooked to order egg station. Free airport shuttle - just call hotel when you arrive. A very nice feature was that the hotel shuttle will take you to restaurants, malls, etc. within a 5 mile radius. When you are ready to return simply call the hotel and the shuttle will pick you up. Very nice feature!!!
Terrible flashing light on smoke detector in bedroom made sleep impossible. Heating unit didn't work and was terribly loud. Sympathetic blankets and tiny than bed pillows made it feel like Comfort Inn than a Hyatt. Would never ever return.
The room was clean, and the staff was polite as well.
I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport; though they told me the driver would be there soon, it took 45 minutes of standing in the cold. I had to call the front desk a few times - the lady at the front desk said that the driver picked up some people and came back. I had to explain to her that he neglected to pick me up, and that I was waiting in the cold. Also, the business center was offline, so I couldn't print my boarding pass, and the coffee pot in the room was broken as well.
It was nice the room had a full kitchen. From what I could tell the room was very clean. I would stay again.
