Stay during Covid-19

I arrived late into Central Station so it was close and convenient. Chose the cheapest option which was the windowless room and was as I expected. Beds are comfortable, facilities clean and staff friendly.

The plug sockets in the room are near the door and none were near the bed. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss.

The hotel is opposite the Central Station, a leisurely walk to the old town and ideally situated near all the landmarks and sights. There is free tea and coffee also warm beverages. Super fast wifi and reception staff are very welcoming also informative.

The room walls are paper thin so you can hear loud noises on the corridor.

Convinient location close to the train station, I needed a sleeping place on late arrival just for one night. In this terms it was perfect and value for money. Got also a nice breakfast.

Well, expected and not surprised: a tokyo mini room with no window.

Private SPA in the room was great. A crib for the baby was proivided and the baby slept very well.

We couldn't manage to heat up the room. Not even the staff. The room temp was stuck 16°C until we heated the room with the sauna and space heater. Then ok.

Location is excellent Stuff is amazing and Breakfast is lavish. The room was a bit small but the price is accounting for it. I would recommend it for anyone asking for a value for money cheap accommodation in Stockholm

We were asked to check-in before arriving via an app. When we arrived there was somebody at receptionistwho checked us in. Very annoying that I had to put my credit card details into an external app when it wasnt necessary to do so.

The hotel is directly in front of the central station and it is close to the old town. They offer a breakfast-box if you check-out early in the morning.

The room without a window could be okay for a short time, but I didn’t find any air conditioning or something for some fresh air. But anyway- for one night it was totally okay.

Located in City Centre, good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Got a bonus suite for the same price as an ordinary double, surprised me really.

A little sour smell in bathroom and minibar had bottles that were opened and filled or mixed with water. I noticed too late and tasted. I’m happy it was only water.

Room wasn’t very big, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. Stayed in a “moderate double without window room”. Breakfast wasn’t extensive, but I gather this is due to Covid-19 restrictions.

I made a reservation for a Doble room but the bed was like a single bed, I get the same room last time for a single reservation. The breakfast now in times of covid 19 it is really a pity, just like half a sandwich in a box with a little yogurt. I think even with pandemi could be much more better.

Great location, if you're using the train. And even if not, the station is full of useful shops, and the hotel is in the middle of Hamburg. There's nice art all over the hotel.

WiFi was very dodgy. No silly games trying to limit connectivity, but the internet connection was sometimes very fast then, a few minutes later, very slow. The rooms are all underground! So no views. I didn't mind this, and found it very interesting, but other may hate it. Room design is very much appearance over function. Worst is the light above the bed which runs very hot, burns your hand when you try to turn it off, and is impossible to find in the dark when you want to switch it on.
